An update , we received an call from Suzy head office and they apologized and they told us that they will take the correct measures so no other customer face the same issue I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Suzy Shier store at 7999 Bd des Galeries d'Anjou on June 29, 2024. We arrived at 4:15 PM to buy a prom dress for my daughter. Éviter se suzy!! J’ai acheter une robe qui a brisé le jour même que je l’ai acheté et n’ont même pas voulu la changer! La bretelle était attacher sur un simple fil!! J’ai même pas tirer! Faites attention!! Je fait jamais de review, mais la c’est trop pas professionnel !!
