SORRY TO BOTHER YOU! What a JOKE! I went to the back yesterday and the so called sales girl looked up from her phone and actually sneered at me and went to the change rooms to continue whatever she was doing. I go to the front and the male manager is yapping on his phone. I guess they don't want their jobs and I assume this place will be shut down soon like all the others. You want me to shop local and when I do go out it is DISGUSTING!
Similar to other reviews, customer service is absolutely terrible. The two girls at the front didn't even smile as you approached the counter, they looked irritated like you were inconveniencing them. Not sure how one hires people with 0 customer service skills.
I received an email from Suzy that I have to pickup my order within 21 days and when I went to the store to pick up my order after few days store manager told me that order was unclaimed and it has been sent back. Told me to contact customer service. Customer service is not even replying. I never give bad reviews but this time I was so disappointed.

UNACCEPTABLE! They will hire absolutely anyone, the SUPERVISOR was rude and didn't know how to do her job. She refused to sell my something because ALL of the item was tagged wrong and I wanted to pay the price listed
