I bought a coat today from downtown store . Usually the staff are very nice but this time the experience was not as expected . The girl at the payment counter was not fully aware of deals . Wrong information and very impatient .
During my recent visit to the store, I was assisted by Tanzia, and I had a truly pleasant experience. She greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful throughout my shopping. Tanzia took the time to help me find the right size and made sure everything fit comfortably. She also explained the details about the materials, which really helped me make the right choice. I always have such a great experience shopping at this store! The girls at the front desk are amazing — they greet me with a smile and always help me put together stylish outfits. I usually come in for just one item, but thanks to their great suggestions and sense of style, I always end up leaving with more pieces that go perfectly together! Shopping here feels effortless and fun because of their help!
We visited the store 8 minutes earlier than they close and the lady didn’t let us in and she said they are closed. Very poor customer service.
