Absolutely love this store! Great selection of stylish clothes and the girls working there are amazing so friendly and helpful. They made me feel really welcome and gave the best advice. Shopping here was a real pleasure. I’ll definitely be back!
The male manager hate people with backpack; so avoid coming here after work. He will see you walking to Change rooms and angrily glare at you. I have never spoken to him when he hasn't done that in the store; every single time. Some of the staff say, I never buy thing but my 90% work shirts; has the suzy stitch in the back. The salesperson was really helpful and kind. Even gave us a bag free of charge.
I find the staff at this store very snobby compared to the previous owners and who worked there prior. I find them to be not very friendly and the customer service is terrible. You have to look for help while they stand around talking and when you go up to ask a question, you can see it’s an inconvenience. Customer service isn’t what is once was compared to a decade or so ago.
