Came here for the first time in years looking to buy a lot of new work clothing. 2 people were working, one of whom (I think she said she was Kim, looked Filipino) was the only one that seemed to acknowledge people coming in, explaining sales, grabbing sizes, and still restocking items. "Disappointed with the service I received from Suzy. Not only was I not offered the SMS sign-up discount before my purchase, but when I realized the mistake immediately after, she claimed it was 'impossible' to cancel or redo the transaction. As someone who understands how retail POS systems work, it felt like a dishonest excuse to avoid fixing a simple mistake. Very poor transparency and even worse customer service."

I use to absolutely love shopping at this store some some crazy reason this store has gone to hell omg the staff are so rude and they so called manager is more occupied with hanging clothes then helping customers there is only one young lady who is Filipino? I think she look like 19 or 20 she is the only one who care enough to help customers every else are always just folding unpacking it feel like shopping at liquidation store horrible will never shopp here agian

I bought a coat today from downtown store . Usually the staff are very nice but this time the experience was not as expected . The girl at the payment counter was not fully aware of deals . Wrong information and very impatient .
