After a not so great experience online with suzy shier. The manager of the store as well as 2 amazing young ladies changed the course of my purchase and won me over again as a loyal customer. The company is lucky to have such great people working for them.

I had such a wonderful experience with Suzy Shier. While my mom was trying on clothes, her gold bracelet accidentally broke without her realizing. We only discovered it was missing when we got home, and we were so disappointed thinking it was lost forever. When I went back to the store to ask, the manager had actually found and kept half of the bracelet safely for us. Their honesty and kindness truly meant so much to our family. I came in and there was one other customer who left shortly after and then it was just me. I perused most of the store and couldn’t find anything so I was heading toward the exit. The person on duty was at the cash counter on her phone. I don’t really care since I didn’t need any help, but it took someone else coming into the store as I was leaving for the person on duty to even care enough to say hello. Not to me, but to the customer who just walked in. It’s great being invisible, isn’t it?
