After a not so great experience online with suzy shier. The manager of the store as well as 2 amazing young ladies changed the course of my purchase and won me over again as a loyal customer. The company is lucky to have such great people working for them.

I had such a wonderful experience with Suzy Shier. While my mom was trying on clothes, her gold bracelet accidentally broke without her realizing. We only discovered it was missing when we got home, and we were so disappointed thinking it was lost forever.
