Went into this store with my husband the first time, we weren't acknowledged by the sales team. Not even a hello, my husband complained and I told him they might be having a bad day. On another occasion, this happened on Saturday May 20th, went in with my kids, same response as the last time. My 13 year old was like, Mom they are really unprofessional, it's either they aren't happy with their job or they just don't care!!! How sad!!!!
Prices are decent but the rest has unfortunately gone down hill with Suzy Sheir in general. They seem to be making their clothing smaller and smaller…make it true to size PLEASE! At this specific location the fitting rooms were very dirty (no idea what was splattered all over the inside of the fitting room door 🤢) and many of the people working in there don’t really make an effort to help you. There are a few girls who do go above and beyond with customer service…you know who you are and you are appreciated.
very unprofessional. Me and my friends felt uncomfortable . The lady who was working in the store did bad behaviour as we were watching cloths and trying to select something of interest . She kept on staring us and we wasn’t able to select anything, She seems to be arrogant.
