I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude towards Naureen and her exemplary customer service. I had somehow lost a blouse right after purchasing it, and came back the next day to inquire. Naureen blew my mind by not only empathatically understanding my inquiry, but even after I left-- she searched and checked the entire inventory profile at the store just to ensure that I hadn't somehow forgotten it back at the store itself, especially given the fact that the blouse never even made it to my car the previous day! 🙂 S... read more
The manager at this store (didn’t catch her name unfortunately ) made my experience at the store worthy of a 5 star review! She was so friendly, showed me different options and told me about special officers. She went above and beyond to help although the store had just opened. Will definitely be back :)
