My husband bought a dress from Suzy Shier, Bramlea City-centre for me as a gift, when I tried it, it doesn’t fit me. I went there to exchange it, but they didn’t have any of my size. They told me that I can exchange it on any other location of Suzy. I went to the nearest location of Suzy which is at Great Lakes Trinity Commons. I was just entering the store. I really don't want to put review about suzy shier located in Bramlea city centre because i always love shopping from this brand. But today i came for buy a dress and i really disappointed when i asked some questions about the dress from the girl working there. She talked with us very rudely. When i went to the checkout counter to buy the dress i got to know she was the manager. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from the management with the customers.

On December 09 , Manager 325769 I attempted to exchange an item of clothing that I had purchased. I had both the original receipt and the tag, but the tag was not attached to the same place of the clothing. Despite having all required proof of purchase, the manager refused to process the exchange or provide store credit. If I could give a 0 I would, store was great but the cashier was absolutely awful, couldn’t go through with the purchase as her rudeness and attitude was unbearable, really don’t understand how people like that can hold down a customer facing role
