purchased a dress from Suzy yesterday and went back today to exchange it or receive store credit because the size was too small. The manager refused to take it back, claiming it had a “body smell,” which was not true. When I asked her to show me where this was written in the return policy or on the receipt, she had no answer. She also refused to provide her name or client ID when I asked. Very disappointing customer service, instead of helping customers, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional….
Suzy has the best dresses! Stylish, affordable, and perfect for any occasion. Always my favourite.
They have nice collection. But the staff is rude
Staff is not professional… was trying couple of dresses and when i came out of the changing room… they were like put your dresses back in hanger amd hang them on the rack….. literally this was her only job to do so and i would have happily done s that if she would have said nicely Like where ever you go the staff nesr the changing room thats thier duty to sort these clothes not the customers Educate them to their job for what they are paid for and talk nicely to the customers
