Service à la clientèle exécrable pour effectuer le retour d’une commande en ligne. J’ai été accueillie sur place par deux conseillères nullement en mode écoute ni aide afin de solutionner mon problème et/ou me rediriger vers une succursale pouvant m’aider alors que je venais d’effectuer plus de 300 kilomètres de route. Plus jamais je n’encouragerai cette chaîne et encore moins cette succursale de Drummondville.
