Feel So sorry for such a brand to hire such unprofessional and rude staff. Definitely not going back there and i recommend for everyone to save their time and never visit this location at all!
I had very bad experience yesterday evening. I bought a dress from Scarborough and went to the store to exange. They didn't have my size I selected a dress for lower price. I was expecting the store credit for the difference but the cashier gave me the new receipt with exact same amount and told this is how exchange works.
Dropped by Suzy Shier at Bayshore yesterday just to browse with my friend, but thanks to Mousum’s amazing pitch, service and recommendations, we ended up picking up way more than we planned haha; and honestly, no regrets! She was super friendly, patient, and had a great eye for style. Easily one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had. Definitely coming back!
During boxing week I purchased this sweater and was waiting to wear during a special occasion. I literally took it out today and some sort of smell hit my nose (smelled like Indian food). I took a closer sniff towards side of it and it had a really bad armpit sweat smell. That’s when I knew this was worn and returned.
