During boxing week I purchased this sweater and was waiting to wear during a special occasion. I literally took it out today and some sort of smell hit my nose (smelled like Indian food). I took a closer sniff towards side of it and it had a really bad armpit sweat smell. That’s when I knew this was worn and returned. I came on Wednesday july 31st around 5pm. The associates that was working didn’t not approach me or asked me if i needed help also they were making fun of me and gossiping like i didn’t hear what they said. Very bad customer service i think management needs to know!

Unpleasant Customer Service Encounter” A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a dress that was on sale, but not with red sticker. I specifically asked the cashier if it was returnable, and she assured me that I could return it within 14 days unless it was marked as a final sale. I visited this shop last Friday looking for a Scarf shawl for my Mother. The staffs were talking to each other at the back when I entered to the shop. Since I was not asked for any help but them continued their talking. At last I went to them. The teenagers (staffs) who worked there laughed at me when I asked for the help.
