I am disappointed with my recent experience at Suzy Shier location in Dixie outlet Mall. I purchased a dress and later discovered that it had a noticeable damage. If Had I seen the defect at the time of purchase, I would never have bought the item or kept it. When I returned to the store on the 15th day after purchase, I explained that I had only recently noticed the damage and requested a store credit since I could not find anything else I wanted in the store.
