Worst customer service from the staff my mom was waiting in line for changing room it was 25 mins remaining and the lady said rudely that we will be closing soon you won’t get chance to trial room, after 10 mins she came back and said you have 5 min we won’t allow to the changing room. I understand they are closing soon but the tone was so rude!! I informed her that this not how customer service works!they need some lessons for customer service, behaviour etc.. Never going back to this location again!!
The manager on duty today who did not give her name as she does not share personal details, has the worst customer service . She was not eager to help for any thing and when I asked for a manager she did not ever bother try helping … worst customer service
