I had an awesome experience at Suzy shier today. I was helped by the best associate she was kind, thoughtful and helped me remove lipstick off a shirt a really liked and offered to pack some lipstick remover in my bag if i needed it at home. I actually lost some jewelry in thr store and she helped me look for it for 20 mins before I decided to give up. Very very kind. I also got good deals on some sale items clothes! I would shop there again because the customer service is so good and prices are reasonable.
Horrible staff horrible store yesterday tried on pants in the change room and the tag on the pants was so sharp and thick that it cut my thigh so deep that I started to bleed in the change room. The staff was no help they had no Kleenex to give no bandaid. Both girls just stood behind the cash register counter talking about the situation that happened to me and where laughing very unprofessional. No manager in sight to deal with this situation. The prices were reasonable, and the clothing was fashionable. I was delighted by the Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts.
I came in looking for a dress for my wife. One of the employees helped me. Her name was Sarah I think. She was a great help. Very understanding and attentive.
