I was at suzyshier today and a very pleasant helpful young lady named Asana who was the only employee on the floor she greeted every single customer with a pleasant smile. I couldn't find an item I had seen on the web site and she quickly went and got the information as to what location had the item in stock. I visited the store at Place d’Orléans and had a great customer experience with the associate Akhila. She was very gentle, friendly, and helpful in understanding exactly what I was looking for. She helped me choose the right size and color, which made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. The shop is very well maintained and organized, and the fitting room was neat and clean. I saw the new location in the mall and I love it! The store is much larger, brighter and has more inventory.
I had an awesome experience at Suzy shier today. I was helped by the best associate she was kind, thoughtful and helped me remove lipstick off a shirt a really liked and offered to pack some lipstick remover in my bag if i needed it at home. I actually lost some jewelry in thr store and she helped me look for it for 20 mins before I decided to give up. Very very kind. I also got good deals on some sale items clothes! I would shop there again because the customer service is so good and prices are reasonable.
