The Manager at Rexdale Bod is very rude. I went to pick up my order , I opened to check it and I didn’t like the colour. I told her I will return it and at that time she was not happy and in a rude arrogant attitude she told me why you open it when you know you will return it. I told her I need to check it and it’s my customer right to do so. She made a very bad look no smile at all. I am Shamly here, The manager of the Suzy store at woodbine location is best ever lady I met… she always go above and beyond in the services and really smiling face… I love visiting her store
Its a very bad service, today I went they made me waited 15 minutes for pickup order, then after checking my ids they started requesting my signatures which is never done earlier, made me felt as I am a thief trying yo steal someone else order.
