I visited the store this afternoon and was very disappointed with the customer service. Unfortunately, Navreet was quite rude and unprofessional during my visit. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, but that was not my experience. The staff could benefit from improving their communication and customer service skills. Overall, this visit left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses these concerns.
I had a great experience with Mansi. She has such a lovely eye for style, pays attention to what suits you, and genuinely makes you feel confident in what you pick. So happy with the final result—highly recommend!
