I'd like to commend the staff in Central CitybSuzy Shier, most specialty Sandya - the Assistant Store Manager. She had superb customer service skills. Very nice, accommodating. I technically have been a customer for so many years because of her exceptional qualities and so with the rest of the team!
Suzy at surrey central mall has the worst employees. No sense of behaviour, poor customer service. Literally were trying to push customers out 20 minutes before closing. There is a polite way to convey store closing. Other stores keep an employee at gate to politely let customers know abt closing. These girls were upfront misbehaving. Such people lead to bad reviews and business losses. Never going back again
