Honestly hate this location ! I was in the area and I’m usually a Suzy shopper but never received such bad customer service. I have tried a couple of clothes and I have given back to the associate because of size issues and I don’t know if she is a supervisor or manager but took the clothes from the associate and gave it to me and asked me to put the hangers on ! Wildy Moreno is the best employee in this store, very helpful and kind.
Very disappointing quality and customer service was hilarious. Me and my friend both bought the same dresses and it ripped apart as soon as we wore it. When we brought it to the store the assistant manager told us "well, you wore it. So it's against our policy to do a refund or exchange." Come on like seriously!!! Like it's not our first time buying a dress. Ofc that is the purpose of buying a dress is to wear. And we also brought the dress back within the first week of buying it. Honestly very disappointed in the cheap quality. Me and my friend we both bought the same dress and it ripped apart at the first time wearing it for both of us then when we brought it to the store at first their cashier accepted to do an exchange for us but then the assistant manager appeared and refused to help us. Honestly you won't get the clothes worthy of your price so better to find other options. Very disappointed in the quality SUZY SHEIR!
