Today I went to 4 locations of Suzy Shier, I purchased a lot from them but nobody explained us the benefit of the membership card. After going to Sheppard location, the girl named Sadia helped us a lot. She explained us about the card and honestly my husband and I we both like her behavior. She is such a nice girl. For her we could save some money as she mentioned about the card. Employees like her is an asset of Suzy Shier. Lots of love for her. I had a wonderful experience in the store. We will always come here.
The refund or return system of Suzy in FAIRVIEW MALL branch is so terrible and the behavior of employees is so RUDE. When I asked for the manager of the store , she said that I’m the manager (without any evidence)!!! I don’t know why the behavior of the manager of this brand should be so mean??? It was the last time I ever bought anything from SUZY.
An employee from this store didn't provide me with a great experience. 1 store member (she was a temporary replacement) at Fairview mall store mentioned to me I had 30 days to exchange and return on 26/5/2025 before I billed the merchandise. Considering this information I purchased, I received a suprise that it was only for 14 days. The staff seriously needs training at all stores.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Fairview Mall location. I visited the store to request a refund for an online order. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring the paper receipt that was included in the parcel. However, I did have the confirmation email and access to my account with Suzy Shier as proof of purchase.
