The women with black hijab was pushing me and my friend out saying manager asked us to close at 5 even when at the website it says 6 pm, she was very rude 🙁she choose confort over getting her goods getting sold🧐 she even told me made up name called habiba
I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. My wife was in the changing room, and I briefly went to check her outfit. There was no sign or notice posted that customers were not allowed to do so. Instead of politely explaining any rules, the staff member spoke to us in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Clear communication and basic courtesy are the minimum expectations in customer service, but unfortunately, this store failed to provide either.
