Staff is very rude
I have been a regular and loyal customer of Suzy Shier since 2021. I usually visit the store 2–3 times a month and have made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience on June 10, 2025, was extremely disappointing—specifically because of how the store manager handled my situation. On my previous visit (June 2, 2025), I was assisted by the store manager. She was quite enthusiastic while promoting items and assured me that returns were possible, which I appreciated. The staff there never Do greetings or ask if you need help , even not smiling So rude, so racis
This store has zero customer service, do not expect anyone will help you with anything, the staff seems to forget that they are in business because customers shop there. The staff looks pretty unhappy, from time to time they greet someone, but this is more inclined to white customers, if you look at tbe reviews you will notice it too. This is a shame as the store has nice clothes.
