The lady just now 8pm 10-12-25 her customer service is bad
recently visited Suzy for shopping with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience—thanks to Ms. Ohma. She was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive. She showed us all the available sizes for dresses, tops, and lowers, making sure we found exactly what we needed. Her customer service was truly excellent—definitely a 10/10! Best store, best prices, and absolutely the best staff. Thank you, Suzy, and a special thanks to Ms. Ohma!

Staff is very rude
I have been a regular and loyal customer of Suzy Shier since 2021. I usually visit the store 2–3 times a month and have made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience on June 10, 2025, was extremely disappointing—specifically because of how the store manager handled my situation.
