I come with my wife for shopping at this store very often. I want to thanks Gurpreet for always bringing smile on my wife's face. She tries everything patiently and all her concerns are addressed by her. Their Manager is worst believe me. 5 stars to Suzy collection and Gurpreet's kindness. They need more staff like her.
I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. SUZY is always my No.1 Preference because it has a great selection but what really stood out was the excellent service. Their Manager Stacy is so rude but there is one kind girl - Gurpreet (A.Manager) she always go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. She is patient, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. She is a stylist herself so I always listen what she advises me. Truly outstanding customer service – thank you, Gurpreet!
The store manager was very rude. She made it a point of duty to say she was the store manager after terrible customer service only because I was confirming a price. Please release her...she definitely HATE what she is doing. Thank God your location is not the only one available in Brampton.
