I have very bad experience in store . The black lady was so rude ( am not judging by color not a color racist ) but she was soo rude don’t know what a good customer service means . She don’t care about customer satisfaction and their values. In my view she needs a better training and rejoin her work . It’s a zero 👎🏻 for me today . Totally unsatisfied from her service .
I recently visited this store and selected a few clothes . While I was checking them, a staff member approached me and, in a very rude manner, stated that I needed to hang the clothes back after looking at them. While I understand the importance of maintaining the store’s organization and would have been happy to comply, I found the tone and attitude displayed toward a customer unacceptable. They tore up the tag and they cheated scanned the wrong price extremely rude and bad customer service if there was option for 0 rating I would definitely give the zero rating They are cheaters I would never visit them 👎🏻
I had an amazing experience at Suzy during my recent visit. The selection was amazing. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff, if I remember correctly, Gurpreet, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They took the time to help me find the perfect outfits and even suggested a few pieces I wouldn't have thought to try on, which I absolutely loved. I would definitely be visiting soon again
Very welcoming team associates - Ameila and Probhnoor lead by Manager Stacy. Even though Prabhnoor was just hired a couple of days ago , she did her best to help me , wherever she was getting stuck, Ameila was rushing to support her and give her the directions . Manager Stacy was constantly on the floor to extend support to her team . I came out very happy and satisfied from the store with returns well taken care of and new purchases made with the help of the wonderful team. Great team work , keep up the good job
