Absolutely terrible customer service, my wife and I who is a frequent customer came in for help yesterday, was ignored and from what we observed , the associate just stood at the mirrors playing with her long hair Looking herself up and down , crossing her arms and slowly walked around like she was annoyed with having to approach us? We just walked out. Don’t think we will be back. Loyal customer for years.
Completely unacceptable and terrible service. Multiple times, this store left safety pins on my dress, ruining it. I explicitly told them to remove the pin every time, and they still ignored it. This happened right before important events, causing stress and damage that should never happen at a clothing store. Pure negligence. Do not trust them with your clothes. Please do not go here. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding, which is a super informal, intimate ceremony, so I didn't want anything too over the top. Just simple but pretty. Jessica was amazing! She helped pulled several outfits for me, offered so many choices and options. I ended up buying the cutest dress and jacket thanks to her amazing help. Thank you Jessica! Will be a Suzy Shier shopper for life now. Oh, and they carried my XXL size! Huge, huge bonus!
After reading the comments, I feel so assured that I’m not the only one who faced racism in this store. The old lady who works Here, I’m not sure whether she is a manager or an owner or just an employee but, she needs to see all the customers with same eye. Her behaviour clearly shows she doesn’t want other skin tone people visit the store except white people.
