I had a very disappointing experience at the Suzy Shier store in Belleville on Friday, October 10, 2025. A staff member spoke to my wife in a disrespectful way, which made her feel unwelcome and singled out. The tone and attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and we left the store feeling uncomfortable. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of background. Love this store! Fantastic customer service. Always friendly and kind. On numerous occasions the gals help me pick a dress! They even held a dress for me when they definitely didnt have to. Highly recommend
