We had a wonderful shopping experience at this store! The store was well-organized with a great selection of clothes, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the store manager Ari and for going above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and for getting us the best possible deal. Their customer service truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great clothes and even better service!
I went to this store and I didn't want to purchase a certain item as it was going to be on promo next week but The sales person told me if you want to purchase make it today and we have price match policy for one month. Today I went to the lougheed branch and asked for the price match and the manager there told me we don't have this policy and you can't get it. I have the prestige card and I am going to cancel the card and never come back to this store. It is really embarrassing

Ari at Suzy Shier in Lougheed Mall was super super helpful today! I have never had such great service as Ari provided today at any clothing store previously ever, including sports stores! I was most impressed. Suzy Shier in Lougheed Mall is very fortunate to have them! I will be back!
