I just had a completely solitary experience at Suzy Shier. I walked around the store for a good 20 minutes with an arm FULL of clothing. No one approached me, said hello, offered to start a change room. Nothing. The only word spoken to me was “yes” - when I asked if I could try on clothes. There are no stools in the change room which makes it super hard to try on clothes. The rooms are super tiny. I would invest in larger rooms with mirrors and stools in them. We had a wonderful shopping experience at this store! The store was well-organized with a great selection of clothes, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the store manager Ari and for going above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and for getting us the best possible deal. Their customer service truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great clothes and even better service!
I went to this store and I didn't want to purchase a certain item as it was going to be on promo next week but The sales person told me if you want to purchase make it today and we have price match policy for one month. Today I went to the lougheed branch and asked for the price match and the manager there told me we don't have this policy and you can't get it. I have the prestige card and I am going to cancel the card and never come back to this store. It is really embarrassing
I really had the best experience. Ari was excellent at explaining things and giving helpful suggestions.
Ari was such a big help! He walked us through the membership and discounts with so much patience and kindness. Super polite, easy to chat with, and made the whole thing feel simple.
