It's was my first time to be in this boutique and Raj (the saleslady assigned today, 5th of April 2025) made my shopping experience enjoyable. She explained every promotions that the store has and intelligently answered all my questions about it. I really appreciate the assistance she gave me and will definitely come back to this Hamilton branch even though I live in Cambridge because of this experience.
I was in the store on a Saturday some months back, and started to have a panic attack. The Assistant Manager Candace gave me her bottle of water and sat with me on her break and rubbed my back until I calmed down. I have never experienced such a wonderful and calm person like this in a store ever. I ended up taking a cars to her as a thank you but wanted to leave a review.
