I had a great experience at Suzy thanks to the new manager. Their customer service is truly exceptional- welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful. Definitely a positive experience
Excellent service by girls there . Very welcoming behavior i bought 2 dresses there.
I like shopping here but only have one issue with the employees working there . Never felt warmth or a smiling face , if there is a return or exchange you will end up getting a feeling like you have done something wrong ..feels like giving explanation I appreciate if the staff is more nicer or have a warmness.
I have been a customer of Suzy Shier for many years. My entire closet is from Suzy Shier. Normally there are 2 ladies that are always so friendly and kind and even calls me by my first name when I come in. Today I went and both were not there and another female was there by herself. She was extremely rude. I actually was so turned off by the behaviour that I didn't buy want I wanted to and choose to shop online instead. Please bring back the other employees.
I want to thank the store manager for her compassion and generosity when helping me navigate a difficult situation. I was finally able to find a beautiful leisure suit for my sister who is dealing with a devastating medical condition. The outfit looked fantastic on her and will also keep her cozy and warm. After a long search, I was thrilled to bring some happiness to her life. It would not have been possible without the understanding of the store manager.
