I want to thank the store manager for her compassion and generosity when helping me navigate a difficult situation. I was finally able to find a beautiful leisure suit for my sister who is dealing with a devastating medical condition. The outfit looked fantastic on her and will also keep her cozy and warm. After a long search, I was thrilled to bring some happiness to her life. It would not have been possible without the understanding of the store manager.

Suzy Shier is a great place to shop for all seasons. Suzy Pickering staff are so helpful and especially Arva - Asst. Store Mgr was so friendly and helpful. I was so confused in convincing myself with something I loved but wasn’t sure if it suited me. Arva helped me to pick up a few dresses and chose the best fit for the occasion.. She didn’t rush, she was happily helping me with the options and chose one. Suzy is always a go to shop let it be work wear or occasional shopping
I’m big fan of Suzy for 15 years. Recently I went Pickering town centre location for exchange. But the women in the counter (name definitely will be bad reviews) refused to take it because she found 3 spots stains on the dress. Even I didn’t noticed when I purchased. Also I went for exchange within two days. I’m not sure whether every customer when purchase dresses from store put the dress on counter table and check each and every part before pay it.
