My wife was looking for a formal dress, we found the amazing collection and all sizes available which is rare in other Suzy stores we shopped from in the past. We were very happy with the purchase, the cashier was a kind lady and answered our questions politely.
I’ve been shopping at Suzy Shier for many, many years. I’ve been to a variety of different locations, this has to be the best one by far. I had an excellent shopping experience! The staff are extremely helpful, attentive, and made my visit so much easier. They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Highly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service!
We usually go to Suzy Shier in Vaughan Mill, excellent experience each time. The members are polite and cooperative. But disappointed with Suzy Shier Pickering. The girl at checkout is untrained and doesn’t have a clue about customer service. Totally rude and aggressive. She treats customers like trash.
Great customer service.. I did not find what I was looking for.
