There’s a manager there called simran. She needs to learn how to talk to customers. We were waiting 20 minutes in line for the change room and simran comes and stops us because you aren’t allowed to change bottoms only dresses. There was no notice on the board. They were not monitoring the change room the whole time we were there which was over an hour. There were multiple people ahead of us changing pants and skirts. She spoke extremely rudely to us. No manners at all.

I have a membership, I was told they would be able to locate me with my phone number and email Id and I was informed my membership is expired. I rchd home : looked for my card and see that the expiry date is May 2026. I mean seriously - you guys know nothing about your system ?
