I would give zero stars if possible. Her name I guess was Anna and She was very rude to employees and customers. I was on an important phone and was helping my friend finding a dress. She was constantly asking me if was putting the dress back or not. She kept on talking even when i told her i was on phone. She is always very rude.Every one likes to buy Le Chateau clothes for special occasions but because of her I’ve lost interest. And would recommend buying online.

Very bad experience with shopping. Asked the representative at store about return policy and promised by staff to accept return in certain time period. Bought clothes based on the promise about return however they did not accept for return just 3 days after. Representatives was not ready to listen and provided customer care number to discuss. Be alert while shopping there. Worse service I have ever experience.
