This is my first time writing a review, only to appreciate Vrinda. She is always very sweet, helpful and was managing the entire store on my last visit which was not easy because of huge sale. They have a huge selection, neat and organized store, and great prices. It’s my favourite store, must visit!

Walked in and there were two workers at the front counter, but they didn't acknowledge us and just kept talking to each other, which I found not customer friendly as they could have greeted us instead of continuing what seemed like gossiping. The store has limited sizes for clothing. The cashier was kind at the end.

I have never shopped here before, so I figured I would try it. When I bought 2 shirts which were overpriced in my opinion, I was told by the cashiers that I had 14 days to return or exchange to get my money back. I went in today (2 days after purchasing) to return the shirts and was told that I would only get store credit, and that had been there policy for over 30 years, if I had known that at the time of purchase I would have NEVER bought them.
