I came into this store last weekend with my guide dog, and I was genuinely touched by the kindness and support I received. The lady who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks to her assistance, I found and purchased a beautiful dress I might’ve otherwise missed. A little help truly goes a long way—and her thoughtful approach made all the difference.

That went downhill fast. Unfortunately, Suzy Shier has terrible customer service now. It used to be great, but the last several visits were horrible. For example, new staff are not taught basic manners. They rudely cut in front of me to put clothes away. The second I walk in the door they laser in on me and have to be in my square foot of space putting stuff away? They can't find something else to do for 5 seconds while I look at something?
