I had a great experience at Suzy Shier. Layla who helped me was very professional and kind. She suggested the store card, and because of that I was able to save money and even buy a second item. She clearly explained the 5% reductionas well and how it works, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service — thank you for the great help!

I went in this evening to return a pair of shoes that how to manufacture defect. The young lady that I dealt with was extremely rude and when I asked for her to check to see if other stores would have a replacement pair of shoes. The young lady was combative turned around, went to the till to complain to the other worker told me no and when I challenged her, the story changed to. I went into the store today with my wife as they have a great fall collection. The sales clerk, Bonnie, was awesome!!. She remembered my wife's and my name from months before and her product knowledge and customer service was second to none. Thank you Bonnie

I recently visited Suzy Store at Londonderry Mall and had an amazing experience with Elizabeth. Her customer service was top-notch! We initially had no intention of buying anything, but she was so helpful and attentive that we ended up purchasing three pieces of clothing, all of which we absolutely love. Elizabeth really knows how to help customers find what suits them best. I highly recommend her if you're looking for great style advice and a pleasant shopping experience!
