I had a great experience at Suzy Shier. Layla who helped me was very professional and kind. She suggested the store card, and because of that I was able to save money and even buy a second item. She clearly explained the 5% reductionas well and how it works, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service — thank you for the great help!

I went in this evening to return a pair of shoes that how to manufacture defect. The young lady that I dealt with was extremely rude and when I asked for her to check to see if other stores would have a replacement pair of shoes. The young lady was combative turned around, went to the till to complain to the other worker told me no and when I challenged her, the story changed to.
