I recently visited Suzy Store at Londonderry Mall and had an amazing experience with Elizabeth. Her customer service was top-notch! We initially had no intention of buying anything, but she was so helpful and attentive that we ended up purchasing three pieces of clothing, all of which we absolutely love. Elizabeth really knows how to help customers find what suits them best. I highly recommend her if you're looking for great style advice and a pleasant shopping experience!
I had a wonderful experience with the staff today. I ordered a dress that was lost in transit. I came in to try on the same dress. Sadly the dress did not fit the way I wanted it. The ladies were so encouraging and helped me find two dresses that fit me perfectly. Since having kids, clothes do not fit the way they used too and shopping for clothes is dreadful. The staff made me feel pretty and again, helped me find two dresses that look beautiful on me. Even at the size I am. Thank you again !!!! You ladies are beautiful!!!!
I had to purchase a dress for my daughters' graduation. I have not shopped new in many years. My experience was fabulous. Susan was so attentive and boy was she patient. I tried on a ton! I am so happy with my purchase. AND I didn't have to spend a fortune!
