Suzie is one of the most amazing yoga teachers I have practiced with and I’ve practiced yoga for 28yrs. She has a beautiful way about her and her practice, a caring soul and a love for what she does. Her classes are strong yet gentle and so therapeutic. How my life has transformed by practicing yoga with Suzie. I cannot recommend her enough, and am truly blessed to have a teacher as herself. After having practiced with many yoga teachers, I can happily say, Suzie adds the right balance of Yin and Yang to any practice. In addition to her great asana sequences, she has further knowledge in yoga therapy and extended yoga philosophy, which allows my practice on and 'off the mat' to develop in a way thats I would have never thought possible.

Suzie teaches from experience and has learnt from authentic practitioners and mentors. I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and she is the best teacher I have encountered.
