Employees are always kind and helpful. I have been shopping here since 2012. The store is always decorated nice and so beautiful to walk into...always makes you smile and happy to see.
I gave them a 1 star rating because 0 stars wasn't a choice. I bought a bracelet for my daughter and the clasp part broke in less than a week. When I tried to return it, I was told their policy is "No return" because there is a card in the box that says "The bracelet is delicate, please wear with care". No where does it say no returns, and the salesclerk did not say it was non-returnable at the time of purchase. Absolute rudest women behind the counter there tonight. Harassing and condescending customers for having the nerve to be in there 10 minutes before close. Nasty lady.
Went there on lunch from work and was super clean, pleasant and nice. I highly recommend
