I had a very poor experience with this conveyancer (Suzanne and Sarah) while trying to sell my property. Throughout the process, communication was poor, never returned email or phone calls. When you get through they are unhelpful. Whenever I had urgent questions or needed guidance, Sarah was non existent. When you bring this service to Sarah’s attention she doesn’t acknowledge it and just blames you for not contacting her, even though I showed her one day I had tried to call 9 times without anyone answering the phone.
