I cannot adequately describe how much this program helped me. I was unable to emotionally feel what I rationally understood and the narratives that I was creating for myself were so intensely painful. I found Suzanne's hypnosis videos online and really enjoyed them and found them helpful, so I decided to investigate the possibility of doing some customised sessions for specific issues that were coming up for me, I ended up doing two sessions. They were both lovely, Suzanne has a very calming voice and was able to create sessions for me that addressed my specific concerns.
