We had our introductory meeting yesterday with Ms. Fanning. She is terrific. Down to earth, knowledgeable, funny and transparent. We feel like we found our estate expert and don't need to look any further. I must update my review. Changing from a 5 star to a 2 star. Ms. Fanning's office is terrible at follow-through. Most recently, I have left a message and several emails to request the status of a document that is to be filed with the township. I cannot get anyone to call me back or acknowledge me in any way!!!
