We had our introductory meeting yesterday with Ms. Fanning. She is terrific. Down to earth, knowledgeable, funny and transparent. We feel like we found our estate expert and don't need to look any further. I must update my review. Changing from a 5 star to a 2 star. Ms. Fanning's office is terrible at follow-through. Most recently, I have left a message and several emails to request the status of a document that is to be filed with the township. I cannot get anyone to call me back or acknowledge me in any way!!! Suzanne took over my cousins estate in 2020, I have yet to hear anything on the estates assets and what exactly was split between the other inheritor and I. It has been 2 years that I have not heard from her. I have sent emails and text messages and called. NO response. The house papers were never filed to put my cousins house in my name and I have lived here now for 4 years, I have sent emails asking for help to fix it and resend the papers.
