I decided to see Suzanne Picard, Certified Advanced Rolfer, because I had some issues that were unresolved by a physical therapist. My doctor suggested more pain killers/relaxers which really weren’t my preferred option. The therapist suggested a rolfer. I’d never heard of a rolfer.
