Takes over a week and can't even get a call back, that's not considered good service. Had to take my business dealings elsewhere
I would highly recommend Suzanne and her team of Professionals! Paul Rochford was very successful in obtaining My NEL Award and Loss of Earnings from WSIB when another Law Firm down played My potential success. Word of advice is to keep well organized documentation from injury date!
I feel this office was the worst possible choice I could have made, after the worst time in my life. My case has been passed to multiple paralegals over 5 years or more. I find out what was filed was Not what I understood. I had to get that information directly from WSIB myself as she or office won't return any correspondence. I have no answer, no communication, but I gave her plenty of $. Is Suzanne still there? I couldn't tell you. I feel she took advantage of me and just took my money.
Suzanne and her staff were very professional and reassuring. They made me feel confident from the beginning to the end of my case. I would highly recommend.
