As a client, I faced intense pressure to meet deadlines with threats of penalties, yet their team missed key submissions, blaming vague "capacity issues." Pat's handling of matters felt more about dragging things out than delivering results. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and zero accountability-look elsewhere for a firm that values clients over excuses.
