I came here to get my taxes done expecting a straightforward and professional experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I was charged much more than I anticipated, and the fees were not clearly explained ahead of time. There was a lack of transparency, which made me feel taken advantage of. When it comes to tax services, trust and honesty are extremely important, and I didn’t feel that here. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
