Support staff not helpful, after multiple calls from myself and my referring Dr. To see Dr. Leaf -since July 2025. They finally declined my referral. Would have been nice to know this by August 2025. Could have moved on by now. They give a lot of lip service. Pretty sad, when my Dr personally emailed Dr leaf ad she agreed to take me on as a patient. So disappointed.
I have hyperhidrosis and got the MiraDry procedure done 4 years ago. I was unhappy with the procedure itself as it was more painful than I expected and the healing process was a nightmare. My pits were swollen balloons for weeks and now I have balled spots on my pits and lumps that never went away after the swelling finally went down. I now have to go in for a mammogram on my breasts and pits to make sure it’s not cancerous as I still have the lumps 4 years later and they swell up and are mildly painful. Have been seeing Dr. Leaf for years and she is an amazing person. Dr. Leaf and staff r very kind and patient.
This clinic is amazing! They actually care about your health from within, and the service is outstanding!
