I have worked with Suzanne Johannsen for years. I have never experienced rudeness of any kind from her office staff. And Suzanne herself is that rare combination of warm, caring, intelligent and wise. I unreservedly give her and her office 5 stars!
Very rude receptionist. I notified Chris that I was calling to setup an appointment with Suzanne and he responded "she doesn't take those kinds of calls", then he abruptly hung up. What a disgusting display of professionalism. What sort of financial advisor doesn't take appointments????
