If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. They make up their own rules as they go, and when I tried to close my account, I was handed back barely a quarter of my own money. When I asked where the rest of it went, no one could give me an explanation. Their staff has no sense of customer service whatsoever — the way they look at you is as if you’re an inconvenience rather than a customer.
