I visited with my friend, who is pregnant. She requested a foot massage while seated, as her feet were in pain. The staff strictly refused and completely ignored her requests, showing no care or consideration at all. This was very disappointing, especially as a seated foot massage poses no harm during pregnancy. I would not recommend this place.

I visited Suwan Wahroonga on 29 November 2025 for a remedial massage and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything was efficient with no waiting time, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was exceptional. Absolutely beautiful remedial massage. My therapist adjusted the pressure to what was comfortable for me. Very relaxing and peaceful. I was even able to claim part on my health fund at the time of consult.
