Exceptional customer service!
We took the shuttle bus to the rent-a-car center. The first bus was full and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for the next bus. The driver was very helpful with the luggage (plz don’t forget to give him a tip). It took less than 10 minutes to get to the rental center. The lineup wasn’t too bad. The attendant was very helpful.
