I cannot say enough good things about Sutton Well and Pumps. During a snowstorm this weekend, we suddenly lost all water pressure and were completely without water. I made several calls on a Saturday, and Mr. Sutton was the ONLY person who returned my call — and I’m so grateful he did. Even though he lives in Hartsville and we’re in Pamplico, Mr. Sutton stayed on the phone with us and patiently walked us through a temporary fix to get our water back on until the electrical box can be replaced this coming week. Mr Sutton company is great We spoke Saturday afternoon about my pressure cutoff switch being bad. He said he could be at my house Monday morning @ 8:30 to fix the problem. He did and it was a very professional job at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone who has a water well problem.
