Extremely disappointed with SLK Lawyers, particularly Tanya Graham. While mistakes can happen, the way she handled the situation was completely unacceptable. She left everything to the last minute and provided incorrect information, causing delay in settlement and immense stress. Instead of taking responsibility, she acted as if it were my fault. Horrible used as my settlement agent. Settlement date was in Dec 2023. I had too constantly email and ring and ask where the my surplus funds were. Took them 2 months too transfer the money. Half the time they never replied. You can find better out there Many mistakes leading up to the sale missed paper work. Worst experience and very stressful don’t use them
