Worst service. No one is willing to take ownership or assist customers. It takes ages to get a response, and instead of helping solve the issue, they just ask you to email them.
Extremely disappointed with SLK Lawyers, particularly Tanya Graham. While mistakes can happen, the way she handled the situation was completely unacceptable. She left everything to the last minute and provided incorrect information, causing delay in settlement and immense stress. Instead of taking responsibility, she acted as if it were my fault.
