I visit my mother in law on Sundays. If I go to leave after 5:30 they lock the door and I would have to go upstairs and have someone let me out. It's a nursing home not a prison. When my wife calls her mother nobody answers. It's the worst place I have ever seen.

I had the privilege of being transferred to Andover Forest for long term IV antibiotic treatment. During my stay, the staff was alert, attentive and always on top of things. The nurses were exceptional, always explaining everything the whole step of the way. They treat their patients like top priority. I would definitely recommend Andover Forest to anyone who needs services offered by them

I was a patient at Andover Forest Rehab for two weeks just before Christmas. My stay was very pleasant, the Nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapists, were amazing. Very attentive and caring. The administration department was also helpful and attentive. From the time I walked in until I was discharged I felt comfortable. Excellent staff, I would recommend Andover Forest.

It's all. About. The money. I understand Healthcare is a business. I understand staffing issues. I understand empathy, compassion and how to support the families. It's unfortunate, Andover Forest seems to have less compassion for patients and families, while focusing most of the attention of the revenue. I give kudos to the nurses and caretakers. I'm sorry I can't say that for the management. I'm just sad for my family. I have no choice but to trust.
