I had the privilege of being transferred to Andover Forest for long term IV antibiotic treatment. During my stay, the staff was alert, attentive and always on top of things. The nurses were exceptional, always explaining everything the whole step of the way. They treat their patients like top priority. I would definitely recommend Andover Forest to anyone who needs services offered by them
I was a patient at Andover Forest Rehab for two weeks just before Christmas. My stay was very pleasant, the Nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapists, were amazing. Very attentive and caring. The administration department was also helpful and attentive. From the time I walked in until I was discharged I felt comfortable. Excellent staff, I would recommend Andover Forest.
It's all. About. The money. I understand Healthcare is a business. I understand staffing issues. I understand empathy, compassion and how to support the families. It's unfortunate, Andover Forest seems to have less compassion for patients and families, while focusing most of the attention of the revenue. I give kudos to the nurses and caretakers. I'm sorry I can't say that for the management. I'm just sad for my family. I have no choice but to trust.
The staff was not helpful. The social worker was new and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Communication with the social worker was nothing short of poor
Minus-stars please.. I went thru rehab, at the Old Sutton Hill for 2 years, for a surgical repair. It's a horrible place. *It looks all fancy downstairs.... Their rehab staff used to be great.. The food is allot of starch, chicken breast the size of your thumb. I remember when the cleaning Co. Took over the kitchen. You can't really hire a cook staff for only 8 hours. Lots of chicken salad sandwiches.. The floors were understaffed, 1 nurse passing out meds to 40 patients. 2 or if your lucky 3 aides,. Changing sheets, as well... read more
