They offer a bank service called Albert that is extremely terrible, I cannot get my payroll check and I will definitely be suing them ! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend absolutely horrible
This Bank works with cash app. Cash app and Sutton Bank have taken my money and stuck me for $241 plus change. Trying to talk to someone is impossible because nobody wants to hear your problem and the people that answered the phone if you ask them a question that they don't know the answer to they hang up on you.I had been trying to get this straightened out since May. Now my credit is going to be marked. DON'T USE THIS BANK OR CASH APP. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUNS!!!!
Customer Service is bad. Called about a notary. Was told there would be two notary’s available. I show up and no notary’s are there and am told that they don’t know when they will be working again. Almost always slow. Expect at least a 15 minute wait with no line.
