I purchased a Vanilla gift card for $75.00 for my daughter Monday, December 23, 2019 for a Christmas gift. I gave it to her Christmas day. She tried using it the next day and the card was invalid. She then tried using it on Amazon card was declined. I called the number on back of card I was told by their representative I will I have to wait up to 15 business days to get a new card.
