A nightmare. After six months of not receiving our Company financials I cancelled the agreement and demanded a refund. (They were setup on auto-pay and had been paid through 2015) The new accountant couldn't catch our bookkeeping up until after April 15th. Our taxes were finally filed and paid in August, 2016. $7500.00 in penalty and interest to the Fed and $1400.00 to the Commonwealth. Thanks for nothing Ralph.
My experience at Sutton & Associates has been wonderful. Ralph is a great guy and Susan is also amazing. You can tell she works very hard to make sure stuff gets done. I would highly recommend their accounting services because they are the best.
