We've had our plantation shutters from Suttle for 8 years. Recently a small part on one shutter broke and my wife contacted Suttle to have it repaired. They sent their installer out within the hour and he fixed the shutter in minutes. Does not get better than that, thank you Suttle Shades for your great service.
