Purchased grass hay at a premium price approximately three weeks ago and when I checked the load 90 percent of the hay was grassy alfalfa which is a lower quality and cheaper priced hay. I told the clerk inside what I had found and her help unloaded the hay and sorted the hay until I had bales that contained more grass than alfalfa. At which time I was told that the next time I come in to purchase hay, I would be given a discount for not receiving what I had paid for. Well... Good store, I'm so glad they actualy carry mini pig food, all of the ages, it is soooo hard to find it and the prices are good. Only thing is, is the fact that they close @ five, my partner doesn't get off work everyday till 5:30 so we have a hard time trying to get over there in time before they close. Other than that,awsome place
Hands down S.O.S. is one of our areas best small businesses. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I often hear them greeting customers by their name, myself included. They seem to always have an answer and if not they go out of their way to find it!!! Great bunch of folks and great products.
Horrible customer service. They only care care about themselves.
