I would give no star but system wouldn't allow. Woman called to schedule my PT appointment had terrible customer service. Said she couldn't give me an appointment date approximation because she was going to hang up with me. I calmly responded hang up with me as a reaction due to this bad customer care. She said she was hanging up with me because she had multiple people calling her for appointments. I'm a calm patient person I responded oh in shock to her comment.
