I bought a sofa and king size mattress. I had them delivered. After 30 days I noticed my $1000 leather sofa had been hit on a corner like it was dropped? I called and they said they would not be able to do anything about it. I told them that was bad business, and they needed to make it right. I offered to spend more, buying a chair. I went in and dealt directly with my salesman, Steve. I was compensated more than fairly, but i had to spend to get something back from the poor delivery I paid $235 for.
