listed prices were wrong and the employees were clueless and dismissive. went in today for a small strip of carpet pad and the 2 men it took to cut it had no idea what they were doing, cut it jagged twice, and were extremely dismissive and rude when told it wasn’t straight at all. besides poor customer service, the listed price was double what the sign listed the padding as. if your employees don’t know how to do something maybe they should grab somebody who does. or a sharpie to make a straight line.
